2. Talking to a nutritionist who is helping me eat more healthy foods
3. Learning to deal with stress better
One source of stress-work:

I can't let it rule my life, and dictate how I'm going to feel and treat others. It's just a job, for crying out loud. Sure I want to do well, and advance, but not at the expense of my health.
