After the parade we walked toward Rice Park where the ice sculptures were supposed to be...
But they had been there for a week with some 30 degree days and had melted quite a bit....
Oh well. Just when I thought I was so cold my nose was gonna fall off, we found the Hotdish Tent and went inside. There was some wine tasting going on, as well as Tater Tot Hotdish and Chili for sale. Yum...I'm gonna make this hotdish soon...the recipe is on the winter carnival web site.
All in all, it was a fun time. Check it out some time.
